iPod touch Week 37 vs 39 Opinions Requested

OK, here is my question...

I have two ipod Touches in hand.

One my wife got with a 10% discount at Target but it is a week 37. Target promised to take it back if there is a screen problem with it.

The other one is a week 39 that I just got at Best Buy.

Any ideas before I open one?
