Is there any way to view this after you have dismissed the notification?

The first week I took screen shots. Forgot to this week (notification came at a bad time too).

All of it is there on your phone. Just open up the Activity App. You can see the month's calendar with all your little circle diagrams on it and look at the individual data for each day.

Right, but there is no way to see the weekly totals, after you dismiss the weekly progress notification on the watch.

I usually do this. Take screenshot of those so that I might get them when needed.
