can someone tell me if this is a matte 15" macbook pro or is it in-fact the 17" antiglare?
oh wait the ebay link http://cgi.ebay.com/15-Macbook-pro-Unibody-Glossy-2-53-Processor-320gb_W0QQitemZ250431269132QQcmdZViewItemQQptZApple_Laptops?hash=item3a4edde90c&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1257%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1308%7C301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

I think it's a 17 incher, but it's very hard to tell because there's no standardized object in the picture to compare.

Always go by the description.

If you look at the sellers recent feedback, you will see that he sold a 17" antiglare for $3500. Also notice that another buyer in his feedback mentions the description/picture discrepancy.

This guys seems to do this for a living and I think he entices people with the pictures.

You can tell it's a 17" by the size of the speaker grills and the thickness of the framing above the keyboard.

I just noticed that too. I think the seller simply mixed up the photos he has.

Isn't this simply scamming buyers? The funny thing is a 17inch MBP would be worth more than the 15 inch. Sometimes ebay amazes me...

stop the press....

i was searching craiglist for a reasonably priced macbook and i found this same pictures only it is fully upgreaded for only $1100 lol (yes people i know this is a scam)

Forget anythign else. Can you believe this numpty is fake selling a macbook pro 17" and demo'ing the device running XP. AS if anyone would want a computer running XP !!!!!

:D

If you look further down the page, it also states that it is "MacBook Pro 15-inch Hi-Resolution Antiglare Widescreen Display", which does not exist. This person is either very misinformed or trying to pull some sort of fast one on buyers

Given that he made a faulty post on craigslist as well (thats obviously a scam) i'm will go with a combination of the later and the former mostly the later.
