Weird, and creepy, App Store bug(?)

So. Check this picture out.

Whenever I try to update (FCPX in this case) I am forced to login with this email address WHICH I HAVE NEVER SEEN
This ghost-email appears and cannot be removed (due to it's greyed-out-ness).


What do we do?

Did you bought it from the mac app store? Or you got it from "other sources"? If you got it from "other sources" then why do you think you can update "those" apps?

That's what happens when you try to update pirated apps via the app store .
