Weird app icons coming and going

IPhone 4s. I keep getting icons for field test,setup,ad sheet,iOS diagnostic they go away when I respring but come back shortly after

Yeah, I get those too and it's friggin' annoying as hell to respring every time you get those.

But try going to SBSetting's then System Options then FIX DIR

Sometimes I feel like going back to stock iOS because of how it lags when you swipe from page to page. (I'm on iphone 4 btw)
