When I open up my activity monitor to check on the hidden programs I have running, there is a program called BBLaunchAgent (Please see screenshot attachment). How can I get rid of this program, even though I have uninstalled the Blackberry program already. Thank you for your help.

Use the following method to locate and delete that app:

The most effective method for complete app removal is manual deletion:
 
I did do this already, however, when I force quit the process in activity monitor, it shows up a few seconds later. And when I go into Application Support to delete this folder from my computer, a few minutes later it shows up! What can I do to fix that?

Try booting in Safe Mode, then delete it.
