Weird Auto Lock Settings in new update maybe?

I have a Orginal 2G Iphone and my coworker as the 3G version. We both updated to the new firmware 3.0.

My coworkers 3G iphone autolock feature is missing the option to choose "never". Where as I still have the "never" feature.

My coworker wants his "never" feature back. I was wondering why the difference? Anyone else notice this??
