Weird black album with silver border symbol at boot, asking for password

Never seen this before. It looks like a black album with red in the center area that looks like a record label and a silver rim, asking me for my password at startup. What is it, a new Apple symbol, or spyware/hack?

Scan with some tool for malware removal.
Even Macs might get them...

. Thanks, just found that the "record" is one of the default images for the user log in. I didn't change it to that, and I've never seen it before. And suddenly I'm being asked to use my password every time the computer wakes from sleep. I didn't change that either.
