weird 'blank' icons?

anyone had this happen before?

im at work at the moment, phone just froze and when it came back i was presented with the above!

will try a restore from back up later - but just wondering if there is a quick fix?

I don't know, my friend had a glitch where the icons didn't match the apps, so I just told him to sync with iTunes, which seemed to help. Good luck

well syncing didnt seem to solve the problem.

i am in the process of a restore from back up.
