Ok..so I was in bootcamp vista, and installing new drivers that I heard fixed the issue where you can't get an external monitor to go above 1024x768. These new drivers fixed that problem, but now..no matter what I do..the video card is clocked about 100 mhz lower than stock configuration. Even when reloading the old drivers, it stays on this lower clock speed all the time! What do I do? This is getting really old.

Are clock speeds for the GPU in the drivers or in the hardware? Did I somehow screw up my card? How do I fix this?
