Weird Bug/Glitch

I am having some really weird problems with Leopard. On my Apple menu there are 2 restarts, 2 shut downs, and 2 log offs. The second of each has 3 dots after it. Also, now, whenever i select something a black box goes around it. Does anybody have any ideas what might be wrong?

You've turned on VoiceOver. Turn it off in System Preferences --> Universal Access or hit Command-F5.
 
OMG! Thank you so much. I was just about to have a heart attack..... Now my iMac is back to normal.
