Weird change to watch face

I have an Apple4. Was fine when I put it on charger last night. Put on this morning and entered my code to unlock it. THIS face appeared. I have no idea why or how to get it off. Powering off didn’t help.

That is the face when it is updating the software. I’d plug it back in to make sure but it will go away on its own once it is done updating

You are right! After several minutes, the watch "dinged" and went back to normal. I never thought it could be an update as all prior update notifications indicated it had to be on the charger and would update over-night. I thought it was crashing !!! Lol
