I'm using Chrome and from time to time after I click a link, a button etc the cursor becomes this. I'm really annoyed by this and finally got a good capture of the weird thing with my phone.
I tried to google it but no luck ("mac weird cursor issue" etc). I'm using MBP 15'' 2018 and latest Chrome. MacOS 10.13.6 (17G2307). I've never experienced this using my old mac. I think I've seen this on this mac since I bought it in Aug this year. Really annoying!
