weird "date modified" problem ....

Hi

long time reader, first time poster

i currently have a white macbook, and i come across a weird problem on my finder

the dates in the "date modified" section are all screwed up

here is a snapshot

I have no idea how to fix it, i also googled it with no avail

any help is appreciated

You mean you didn't download Chrome on the 57th day of February? Maybe it was a leap year.

Take a look at  -> System Preferences -> International -> Formats -> Dates. What does the box underneath say? For example, mine is:

Tuesday, January 5, 2010
January 5, 2010
5-Jan-10
05/01/10

mine looks the same as yours, but apparently my region is setted to Custom, and that is the problem

change it to Canada and it fixes it, thnks
