Does anyone have an issue where you're listening to music via auxiliary plug into your car system and it makes a distortion noise EVERYTIME you tap on the home button? I get this all the time. I just noticed it. The 3.5mm jack is plugged all the way through on phone and car. If not I would have to take it to the Apple Store. Any help would be appreciated.

Weird distortion noise with aux

Is it only in your car? I don;t generally use aux in the car, though I can check next time. Had been using aux in the gym on the (almost) daily up until recently without issues. Use bluetooth for that too now though.
