Weird documents on my Mac

Im finding these JS.Strings files on my mac, I think there from when I had Mozilla Firefox on my mac. Im trying to delete weird files. When I search Mozilla this comes up. Is it safe to delete weird files or do they tie into stuff on my mac?

I've had the same problem as you. I don't remember how I solved this, but somehow I just digged deep into my hard drive and destroyed them; they always came back though...I forget how I permanently got rid of them.

General rule of thumb: if you didn't put it there, don't delete it. I'd highly, highly recommend leaving those files alone unless you know exactly where they came from.
