Weird Download Folder Bug

Hey boys and girls,

I'm having a weird bug randomly I get a bar, like the download is in progress but never disappears even if I restart Safari (and I have no imcomplete downloads or anything like that).

Any idea how to fix this besides restarting dock or restarting the Mac ?

And yes, I've already reported it to Apple.

Open Terminal and enter the command: killall Dock
There's no other way to correct it.
