I literally have no idea why I got sent this as I haven't phoned applecare relating to os x problems in about 3 years but I got this email today

Ok the actual email is very long so will only post a small amount of it, it seems the text is the linked kb article verbatum with some extra added before and after. Has anyone else had this happen to them, it is really confusing why they sent it to me.
