Weird error message popping up. Any ideas?

So I noticed this message the other day popping up when I was trying to film my dog playing in her pool.

Anyways I turned my phone off and turned it back on and it didn't do it for the past few days so I figured it was done doing whatever. But today it did it again...any ideas what it is?

there's probably something stuck in your accessory port, the port you charge from or sync from.. it's making a contact somewhere, try blowing it out with air
