I’ve been having this weird issue on my Mini where a strip of pixels from the bottom of the screen are replicated and squashed at the top of the menu bar, and i can tell this by their colour and because when i move my cursor along the bottom edge i can make the pixels flicker. This happens on both of my Apple monitors which are connected through a TB 3 >TB 2 adapter and an HDMI > DisplayPort one.

The glitch does not appear in screenshots or screen recordings but is present in Recovery mode, and i've connected the monitor to my old iMac which worked fine so we can rule out monitor, cable or GPU failure.

I'd swear seeing another report on the same problem but i couldn't find the thread to see how that turned out.

This is what it looks like...
