Weird formatting with safari on ios 16.1

I downloaded ios 16.1 on my 2021 iPad Pro 11” last night and now when I view the Apple store website in portrait mode it does not include the entire width of the website, so I have to scroll to the right to view the rest of it. It’s also happening with other websites.

Is this a known bug?

Youtube.com looks like how it does on my phone now too
