Weird "ghosting" issue iOS 7.1

I recently noticed this ghosting issue in 7.1. It's essentially when you pull down notification centre there are images of the notification left which creates this ghosting issue. Has this been addressed in previous iOS versions or is this a new issue?

You'll see in this picture (towards the middle of the screen) that there's an FB icon with white text still remaining.

I've seen this a few times. It's new I believe. I've reported it via Bug Reporter.
