Weird Glitch on iPhone 4S

Hi all,

So I am on my 4S on the 'TV Guide' app, I quit and this screenshot pops up (see below). This looks very similar to the new App Store that's included within iOS 6. I haven't installed anything to do with iOS 6. Anybody have this before?

I did notice that the app store was not working properly this morning
I could browse, but not purchase or update apps
It was the same on my desktop too

Fine now though, maybe they changed something

Yes. That's the same for me. I couldn't purchase or update. However, it was really strange that when I quit the app it just popped up with a different design!
