Weird Graphic Artefact

Lately.. weird graphical artefacts are appearing on my desktops.. I'll upload a screenshots.
Is it a sign of an impending doom? Like my graphic card is failing?

I get weird graphic issues to, no idea why. It happens after not rebooting for like a week or so for me.

I dont know what it means, but my computer does it to now.
