Weird graphics/display issue.

Here's a screenshot of what I see. By the way, this was happening before my time machine backup. Whenever I scroll something, this happens.
Keep in mind I also have a brand new logic board that was replaced by apple a couple months ago.

Honestly I would try repairing permissions and the like. if that didn't work I would backup and reinstall if that didn't work I would send it to apple. Which apple computer do you own? what gpu does it have? the 8600m GT cards are known for having problems like this
