iPad Weird half keyboard when composing SMS or mail?

I have Activator set up to bring up a "compose email" and "compose message" option, and this is the issue I run into when I try to use it, this chopped keyboard image comes up (regardless of whether I have a bluetooth keyboard installed or not). Anyone have ideas on how to fix this and be able to use those quick functions through Activator as intended? Thanks in advance!!!
