1) Whenever i right click and go to "more" or "open with" i get a spinning circle and i can hear my hd to start working, as if it was sleeping
2) same whenever i start a download, and wait for the "save to" menu.
After that spinning circle, the next time doing those works fast, but then after some time its slow again. it behaves exactly as if i had the "turn hard disks to sleep when possible" but i have unticked that
