We just got an HP 5500n color laser printer for the office, and its connected to the network fine. Printing one copy of a document is no problem, but if you enter any quantity greater than 1, it will print the one copy then print a page stating:

Error: Unable to store job at printer
Reason: Insufficient disk space for this job

Solution: Delete some files from the disk before resending this job.



We have several windows PCs hooked up to our network, and they print multiple copies with no problem, so I'm thinking its in the Mac software? I'll be honest that Mac isn't my usual forte'. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
