Weird iChat problem

I'm using iChat with my girlfriend and the video works fine but there is no audio. She tried it with someone else and it works there, so it must be on my end. I deleted all the ichat.plist files as the apple.sound pref file and restarted, but it still doesn't work. The audio works if we only do an audio chat, but doesn't work with video.

I don't know what the problem could be.
