Weird icon on status bar?

Hey guys, any one else getting this weird looking icon on the status bar near the battery? Only appears when i am in an app, disappears when on home screen and lock screen.

Ip4, 4.1(1.59BB) JB with Limera1n.
Have the following running:
Lockinfo, Apple iOS Congruencey..,AutoClose Folder, Backgrounder, Frash, Fastsnap, Fiveicondock, ifile, LibWeather, MIM, Mulitlflow, NoSpot, OpenSSH, SBSettings, Signal, Weathericon Beta, Winterboard, Yourtube2(not working ) 3g unrestrictor.

That means you have that program backgrounded with Backgrounder, you can turn it off in Backgrounder settings

Actually, that's the icon for native back grounding.
