Weird icons appearing after installing/updating apps?!?

Hi all,

Sometimes when I install or update an application (whether from the app store or installous) these icons here appear. (see below for screenshots)

(left image: before) (right image: after)

AdSheet, DemoApp, iPodOut, SBSettings, TrustMe, WebSheet and WinterBoard are the icons that appear.

Even winterboard and sbsettings appear, although i have chosen to hide their icons. When I respring, these icons disappear. What are they?? Does anyone else have the same problem?? How do I get rid of them?? Can somebody please help me??

Re-spring or restart and they will go away.

I searched, but found nothing. Maybe post a link for me?? Thanks. I know that if I respring they go away, I was just asking if there was a permanent solution to the problem.
