Weird iPhone 4 Reception issue

So I am on my second replacement phone, and this one initially seemed to be working great. However, the reception keeps dropping and rising, no matter how I hold it or if I have a case or not. I can't even make a skype call without it dropping out. This defiantly did not happen with any of my other 2 iPhones. Is this issue worth going back and getting another replacement? Anyone else have this issue?

Have not had this issue with my last 2 iPhone 4's. So I doubt it is a network issue.
