Weird iPhone issue

I have an iPhone synced with my Macs at home. I've always brought it to work and charged it on my PC via USB. Since the update, I got the update whenever I charge it at work it still charges, but I get a message stating incompatibility and asks me if I want to put the phone into Airplane mode. Even if I click NO, every few minutes the message pops up again.

Any ideas?
