weird issue i am having with itunes and iphone detection

for some reason itunes does not detect my iphone. itunes gives me error OXE8000012. "itunes could not connect to iphone for an unknown reason" no matter what cable, computer, usb port i use i get that message. other idevices work fine. so it isnt itunes or the computers. the weird thing is that my desktop computer at home is the only computer that reads it and can sync to it. no other computer. that was the computer i restored and re jailbroke it on too. i had to restore and re jailbreak because after uninstalling some tweaks like dreamboard, it said i needed to reboot and i could not get out of the apple logo. it would not boot anymore. but back before that happend, all computers used to read the iphone. it was only after i restored and re jailbroke is when this happend. it would make more sense if every computer gave me that error msg including my own. but why is it that my computer works. luckly that is my main computer so the most important one is working, but i worry about other things not reading it like ihomes or ipod dock stereos. any ideas? im tempted to restore and re jailbreak again, but will wait until i get no where before trying that.
