So I noticed today that when I restart/shutdown the computer, the design of the wallpaper I have set stays behind. So instead of the solid gray background it shows before it shuts down or restarts, it has the gray with the wallpaper design. It's actually kind of cool looking. ha. But I am a little concerned too...

Anyway I was just wondering if anyone else has this strange issue? Kind of weird how it's started over night really. It only seems to do on the gray screen when you restart or shutdown. I changed to a solid gray wallpaper just to see if the design stayed over and it was fine.

You might have a very bad case of Image Retention! You can test this here:

Some of the demo Macs at the store I work at do the same thing. Just a slightly weird glitch, nothing to worry about.
