Weird Issue with Second HD

I just got a MBP 15. I took out the cd room and put in a 750gb drive, since my main drive is only a 128 SDD.

While running VM Fusion, the drive forcefully ejects it self. The only way to get it back is to shut down and restart. I regular reboot doesn't bring it back.

Anyone have any thoughts?
