Weird issue with Studio Display after upgrading to Ventura

I have 2 MacBook Pros, a work one and a personal one. Ever since updating to Ventura, every time I connect to the monitor, either MacBook will crash and restart, sometimes restart multiple times until finally working. Not sure if anyone else experience this issue and how you guys get to fix it.
