So I just purchased a video out cable for my iBook G4 800 and decided I wanted to play around with it on my tv. So I plugged in the svideo and audio cables to my receiver and tv and fired up itunes.

Everything was working fine at 1024x768, but when I fired up the visualizer at full screen, the audio clipped in and out, then dropped completely. When I did the same thing at 640x480, it worked fine. It also worked fine when I didn't have the video adapter plugged into the laptop.

Is this just a bug in Itunes?

Could it be a power issue? Did you have the iBook plugged in or running of the battery? There might have not been enough juice going through to get everything working... just an un-educated guess. :)
