weird itunes errors

so out of nowhere the other day, i got the itunes error 0xE8000065. couldn't see my iphone in itunes, so i couldn't sync. tried a few different USB ports, set applemobiledeviceservices to compatibility mode for vista service pack 2, nothing helped. reinstalled itunes, and now i'm getting this message:

my iphone shows up in itunes, and i can sync and everything, i just don't know what it actually means, and it pops up every time i plug in my phone.

EDIT: now just plugged my phone back in and got the itunes error 0xE8000065 again uuuuugggggghhhhhh
