Weird iTunes problem - words go missing!

This has happened to me twice today. The only way I can get the words to come back is if I restart iTunes. It's really weird, especially because a few words still remain and not everything disappears. But I'd say that about 99% of the info in iTunes goes missing.

Has this happened to anyone else?
