Weird library error after Safari 3.1 upgrade

Ever since I upgraded to Safari 3.1, I've been getting this strange error that has caused certain apps (including Terminal) to crash:

dyld: Symbol not found: _xmlModuleClose
Referenced from: /usr/lib/libxslt.1.dylib
Expected in: flat namespace

I'm on a Mac Pro with Leopard 10.5.2. Also, I do not manually mess with /usr/lib (I use MacPorts).
