Weird looking place to put an Apple sticker

While I was typing away on an essay assignment in the Student Union building I noticed that the couple a few tables down from me had an Apple logo on their laptop. I thought that there was something strange going on since the logo was placed in the far left (my view) of the casing. Then I saw a upside down one on the far right. Finally realizing that those were stickers and had also finally noticed the HP logo in the center.

Just had to get that "image" out in the open and now I can rest in peace tonight and continue with my assignment.

I've also seen this - a friend on my course has a Compaq laptop that his parents bought him, and he stuck the Apple stickers on in hope of the day when he can afford to get a decent computer.
