I've been having this weird problem, which I hoped would go away with iOS8, but it hasn't, so I figured I'd ask if anyone is experiencing any similar problems.
I'm on a 5s and have the iOS8, and prior to that had whatever the current version of iOS7 was.
I have two gmail accounts, and if I go to add additional mailboxes (ie one of the individual accounts Sent or Trash folders), it works fine for a bit, but the moment I can't connect to the internet, all of the mailboxes disappear just leaving me with the default two accounts.
So what I see in my Mail app is:
Inbox1
Inbox2
Accounts
Account1
Account2
Then what I set up is:
Inbox1
Inbox1-Sent
Inbox1-Trash
Inbox2
Inbox2-Sent
Inbox2-Trash
Accounts
Account1
Account2
But the moment I'm not online, all of that disappears.
I don't know if it's maybe a gmail thing or something, but it's rather annoying as I would really like to have the Sent/Trash folders at the top level.
