I just saw this photo in a Chinese apple forum, someone posted it, it is a screensaver, I think Mac only has sudden motion sensor or accelerometer to detect shock in order to protect hard drive, but...

Search for "Something Fishy" screensaver. There are Mac and PC versions. There is a free version with some pop-ups or you can register it for $12.95 and add some features.
