Weird memory usage on win7 bootcamp

I'm using a Haswell MBA with 256gb SSD, 8GB RAM, and the i7. Windows 7 detects 8GB of ram installed.

However, I am seeing weird memory usages that dont add up to the totals at the bottom in task manager. Take a look -

Just realized that it doesnt show memory usage % - it was high 90s.
