Hey guys! I have an annoying issue on my iPhone 11 that I can't identify whether it comes from a hardware fail or a software bug.

I have an iPhone 11 currently running iOS 13.3.1 beta 3. I can hear a instant metallic click sound literally before every action inducing Haptic vibration. For example, I can hear it when I try to pull out the Multitasking switch screen, when I long press every icon on the Home Screen, or when I scroll a web page that I can call out Copy/Paste options. I can even feel that click when it occurs. More interestingly, I tried to turn off all vibrations on my phone, the sound is still there.

I have no idea if it's a software bug or a hardware fault because it occurs after iOS 13.3.

Wish you could help me out!

Taptic engine issue. Sometimes it happens randomly, but it's usually a once-off.

If yours is happening all the time, log a service call and get a replacement.
