I've recently had to restore my Iphone 3gs which meant it was on the new ios 5.1. I used Redsnow to Jailbreak it and it seems to be untethered which is confusing me as I'm almost sure untethered for ios 5.1 ain't solved yet? Can someone shine some light on this issue. Heres some screenshots.

I can turn it on/off as much as I like and all Apps are fully functional

It's just confusing me more than anything.

If your 3GS is old bootrom, it is untethered (because of 24kpwn)

Thanks for the help guys :) much appreciated. Is there much difference between the Functionality of an iphone running old bootroom compared to new bootroom or was it just the patching of the 24kpwn?
