Weird Network Problems Please Help

I realize this should probably be in a different section, but I thought I might get some help quicker in here. I have a Netgear Wireless Router, and for some reason everything plugged into the wired porst seems to have stopped working, I can't connectto the internet with my Mac, or PC, or ReplayTV (DVR). The only thing thats working is my VOIP (Vonage), and my Aunts computer which is connected wirelessly. I have tried re-setting the router with no luck, I haven't reset the whole network yet, but I don't see howit would help seeing as how Vonage, and my Aunts computer still work, so there is no problem with the cable modem, or VOIP adapter. Any ideas? Is my router shot?

Well I didn't fo anything but it's working again. It just started working again for no apparent reason, I guess I should buy a new router. mabye this ones on the way out. Thats what I get for buyin refurb, although I've had it for 8 months with no problems, mabye it's somehting else, but I cant figure out what it could be. I didn't change any settings on the computers. Hmmm..
