Weird noise in photo

Was at a wedding this past weekend and one picture I took with my 14 Pro came out with a bunch of noise in it. Have not seen this before.

Have you tried taking any more pictures since this happened to see if it happened again? Is this the last photo in the series you took?

Is it like that on the phone, or after transfer elsewhere? If you have photos automatically copying to iCloud, is the iCloud version affected?

Sorry but this is not noise.

This seems to be a corrupted file. Somehow the saving or transfert part gone wrong.
