I've had a hard time explaining this, so let me try again.

My setup- Mac Pro Quad 2.66 w/ ATI Radeon X1900XT, and two 23" ACDs, latest firmware/software on everything.

My problem- the dock is on my right monitor, so I primarily use this. I recently added a second monitor, and this is it. When scrolling, I notice a light transparent checkered/noise/sparkle pattern on grays. I also seem to see it at random times on the screen when I'm not scrolling. I can also notice it on dark and light colors alike. It almost looks like a fine noise or pattern is sprayed on the screen (although its spotless). Sounds similiar to this, but I tried the solution in that article and nothing. Only on the right display. I've also noticed a dark section on the right monitor (the new one-- look to the left of the screen, almost like a |-- shape), but I have tried running the screen white and with low backlight for a while and it hasn't gotten any better.

I've been having problems with the new monitors and my video-card now it seems. The first of the new monitor had a problem flickering, and I exchanged it for a new one. The second new monitor doesn't flicker, but now my video card is not aligning my desktop correctly on the screen (Looks like the left monitor desktop needs to be pushed over 1 pixel). Not sure if this sparkle problem is the card or the monitor. Any ideas? About to go nuts.
